Mat Cutts can ban any misbehaving website on Google and exclude it from a search index. He is also a leader of the group that determines the Google guidelines on what Internet spamming is.
Recently Matt Cutts made an interesting statement that he shared with us on YouTube. In a short video he states that he has extremely positive attitude towards Search Engine Optimization, including SEO companies and consultants.
